HP DJ670彩色喷墨打印机,(很老的机型了吧?)由于文稿打印效果好,添加墨水容易,价格低,故市场占有量大,目前都进入了维修期.此种打印机由于设计上的原因,时间长了会出现一种故障:

打印时,机器停止响应,计算机报告:"打印喷头底座无法移动"云云,或开机喷头位置自检时通不过,面板报警灯闪烁.

下面就图解这种故障的排除

一般来说打印机机报告这种信息,是检测到喷头小车无法移动,是被移物阻挡.刚开始,按传统思路检查,有给导轨加油,有时故障会消失,但随时间推移,故障越来越频繁,加油也没有用了,且用手移动喷头小车时也没有感到有明显的阻力.

后来想到,此打印机的喷头位置检测是利用光电传感器配合固定在打印机中的光删条来实现喷头位置检测的,故障应该是这部分电路引起的.

首先要拆开打印机,先把出纸盘拿掉,卸下这两个螺钉.

纸张限位杆拿出来时会遇到两个卡口,在打印机底部

把打印机翻过来,用螺丝刀把卡口顶下去,纸张限位杆就拿出来了

然后把电路板后盖下方两个圆孔依次顶下去,使卡口脱出,把电路板后盖卸下.

光删带固定在打印机中,喷头一移动,发光管发出的光线就穿透光删带,光删带上印有黑色不透光的竖条,于是在接收端产生脉冲,电路靠脉冲检测出打印头的位置,下图所示.

反面,可以看到,有一个引脚已经开焊了,由于是跟随打印头一起移动,所以开焊的机会要大些,当然,在灰尘多的环境中使用,也要定期清洁这个传感器,
